3000 swans have been here at the lake last weekend, most are traveling now- we see some high above the cabin…trumpeter swans should be on the way to Tanana river…let us know when you can hear them

Two swans just flew down our slough, barely above the ice. They were almost invisible against the backdrop layer of snow.

1019 km in10 days…they definitely travel better than we do…and no border crossing…Yeah…in my next life I 'll learn to fly…
