Saw a post in a non-public group about using sinew from the feet of snowshoe hare for small applications such as arrows. As they are a significant part of our wild diet, this is very helpful information.

It makes sense and would probably work very well.
i have very little experience with sinew, but something tells me that it would be stronger/more flexible from animals that have a greater jump height to body mass ratio. i would imagine snowshoe hares to have one of the greatest.
