Hope no one minds the plug…
So some of you may not be aware of Black and Green Review, a new journal that I co-founded/edit which is an anarcho-primitivist journal dedicated to pushing green anarchist theory and praxis. Here’s the site for it: Black and Green Review
Issue one came out this spring and issue two will be out this fall/winter. I’m really interested in getting more debate off social media sites and back into a more productive avenue for discussion (print, IMO, is second only to face-to-face discussions). The green anarchist milieu has been halted for the past decade since the green scare took its toll and most of our publications stopped or were put on hold. In the meantime, self-serving douche bags helped neuter rewilding and turned it into a weekend ninja retreat for would-be self-help workshop attendees.
Obviously the discussions and directions that the IPC site and other online presence has fostered are indicative of the kind of talk and action that can really get this fire started back up again. I’d really like to see more people get in and help this continue rolling.
So in the interest of pushing this community, I’d be willing to get interested folks from this group copies of number 1 at cost plus shipping and can possibly work out even more if there are places that can take bulk copies for reading groups, friends, or whoever.
If you’re interested, hit me up here or email me at feraledge (at) gmail.
Also, FeralCulture CEO and Axe Sheath, @andrew, is interviewed in no 1 (that interview is in another post on here, but really, who wants to read on a screen?).
Deadline for number 2 is some unspecified time in August.
